The National Council of Gujarati Organisations UK (NCGO UK) has elected its new Executive Committee (EC) members in an Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 9 July 2023 at the Sangat Advice Centre Harrow. Vimalji Odedara was been re-elected as the President for one more term.
Members elected to the EC are:
Office bearers: President - Vimalji Odedra, Vice President - Krishna Pujara, Secretary - Sanjay Odedra, Joint Secretary - Jitendra Patel, Treasurer - Deepak Patel, Joint Treasurer - Sumantrai Desai and Public Relations Officer - Pravin G Patel.
EC Committee Members include Dr Amrut Shah, Chandrakant Mehta, Gargi Patel, Jayant Patel, Kalawati Patel, Navin Nandha, Ramesh Odedra, Sia (Sailesh) Odedra, Dhirubhai Lamba, Vandana Joshi, Jairaj Bhadaranwalla and G P Desai.The NCGO UK President Vimalbhai expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing EC members for their dedicated service and valuable contributions and said, “The newly elected EC members are excited to take on their responsibilities and work closely with the NCGOUK members, partners, and stakeholders to promote the Gujarati heritage, address community challenges, and create opportunities for growth and progress.”
