American singer Nick Jonas, who recently sold out London’s Royal Albert Hall, shared pictures from the musical night with his daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas as a special guest. This was the first time the one-year-old attended her father’s concert. Taking to Instagram, he shared a picture where he is seen holding Malti in his arms and wrote in the caption, “Her first soundcheck.”
Nick’s wife and actress Priyanka Chopra also shared several pictures together from the concert. In her post, Nick is holding Malti onstage in the dark hall. She wrote in the caption, “What a night.”
Priyanka’s recent show ‘Citadel’ was released on the work front, co-starring Richard Madden. This is the first leg of the global series Citadel planned by the Russo Brothers. Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan lead the Indian series. Priyanka was recently in India to promote the show along with Richard.
Interestingly, Priyanka shared that ‘Citadel’ was the first time she got equal pay as her male counterpart. During an interview with Amazon Studios head Jennifer Salke at the South by Southwest Film Festival (SXSW) 2023, Priyanka said that it was only on the series that she received equal pay for the first time in her career. She said, “I might get into trouble for saying this, depends on who’s watching. I’ve been working in the entertainment industry for now 22 years, and I have done almost 70-plus features and two TV shows. But when I did Citadel, it was the first time in my career that I had pay parity. I’m laughing about this, but it’s kind of nuts.”
