Actress Parineeti Chopra and politician Raghav Chadha are now officially engaged in a beautiful, intimate ceremony. Photos and a video from the ceremony have surfaced online and give a glimpse inside the dreamy decor, a massive cake, and show the newly-engaged couple singing and dancing together.
In a video, Parineeti and Raghav were seen twinning in white, grooved to a song while holding each other close. They also cut a multi-layer white cake decorated with real white flowers. The two also share a kiss before they feed each other cake.
Parineeti and Raghav got engaged at Delhi's Kapurthala House on Saturday evening with family and close friends. The couple shared the news with fans via identical posts. "Everything I prayed for... I said yes...Waaheguru ji meher karan (May God be kind)," wrote Parineeti on Instagram. While Raghav tweeted, "Everything I prayed for... She said yes. Waaheguru ji meher karan..." Soon after, wishes poured in for the newly-engaged couple from celebs such as Parineeti’s cousin and actor Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh to politicians such as Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
Parineeti and Raghav’s dating rumours began some time back after they were pictured at a Mumbai restaurant earlier this year. Since then, they also made joint appearances at the Delhi and Mumbai airports. They were recently spotted together at an IPL match.
