Indian music composer Ricky Kej won his third Grammy Award at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards for his globally acclaimed album ‘Divine Tides’ with Stewart Copeland. Kej created history by becoming the only Indian to win three Grammy awards. His previous wins came in 2022 for ‘Divine Tides’ and 2015 for ‘Winds of Samsara.’
‘Divine Tides’ is a tribute to the Hindu sentiment of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,’ meaning the world is one family. The album contains nine songs and eight music videos. It has already won several awards since last year.
After the win, Kej tweeted, “Just won my 3rd Grammy Award. Extremely grateful, am speechless! I dedicate this Award to India.”
