Actor Keerthy Suresh has been roped in as the leading lady in Mahesh Babu's upcoming film 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata'. The news was announced by the actress herself in an Instagram live chat. Directed by Parasuram, the movie was officially announced on May 31 on the occasion of Mahesh Babu's father and veteran actor Krishna's birthday.
'Sarkaru Vaari Paata', which will go on the floors as soon as the lockdown is lifted, will be jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers and 14 Reels Entertainment. Music will be rendered by SS Thaman, while PS Vinod will stay behind the camera.
On the work front, Keerthy has three other Telugu projects in her kitty. Her upcoming release is 'Miss India'. She also has Nithiin-starrer 'Rang De', and a sports comedy with Nagesh Kukunoor in the works.
