I agree with Dinesh Sheth's letter about Butter being better than Margarine. I actually tried putting out in my garden a tub of margarine to see if any ants, insects, birds, etc are attracted by it but, even after 3 days, not a single creature was interested in the margarine!
Butter is derived from an animal product but I prefer plant derived products so may I suggest virgin coconut oil instead. Both are saturated fats but coconut oil is plant based and is an alternative for those with food intolerance/allergy to dairy products.
