The High Commission of India in the UK hosted a special reception for the Indian women’s cricket team at India House, attended by Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal.
During the event, Captain Harmanpreet Kaur, Head Coach Amol Muzumdar, and Vice-Captain Smriti Mandhana presented signed jerseys to Goyal and to High Commissioner of India in London, HE Kumaran Periasamy.

He also extended his best wishes for the ongoing ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, hoping the team brings home the trophy and continues to make the nation proud with strong performances in the upcoming matches.
