The New Year saw the official start of the election campaign for all the main parties.
The message from the Conservative Party is simple. Having rescued Britain from the brink of bankruptcy, our long-term economic plan is working and delivering for hard working people. We need to stay on the road to a stronger economy for a more secure future for you and your family.
Since coming to power in 2010, the Conservative Party has; cut the deficit in half, created over 1.75 million jobs and cut income tax for 30 million people. This has made us one of the fastest growing economies in the developed world.
Britons will face a clear choice in May 2015: turning backwards or sticking to the road that has brought us so far.
