Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched several ambitious and exciting plans to raise India's profile, such as bullet trains to whisk passengers across India, metro transport systems for cities and solar panels to power villages, but has he also set timescales for the various schemes to reach fruition? If not, they may take a lot longer to be up and running than Mr Modi anticipates.
Time waits for no man, the saying goes. Well, in India, time can wait indefinitely!
