Donations and charity

Recently there are so many religious social and charitable organizations in India and abroad appealing people to donate generously playing emotional card to help people of Nepal badly affected by earth quack for resettlement with giving assurance that all monies collected will be used solely for that purpose.

Whenever disasters strike we feel pain and so sorry that our inner voice from heart tell us to help hence we donate. The big question is how much of the monies actually go to needy people? Many times we read and hear news that some people who are running organizations (not all) misappropriate donation for their lavish life styles and involved in scandals and scams and forged accounting to keep most of the donations for themselves.

At the time of 2010 earth quack in Haiti one Hindu temple in Brampton, Ontario, Canada collected big donation and than reported to police that donation box was stolen. There are so much irregularities, power struggle and fighting going on in that temple that as per court order when they open any donation box police presence must be there.

We strongly believe in Law of Karma and for bad Karma one has to pay sooner or later mostly in this life by loosing peace of mind, sound sleep trusted friends, relatives and their own family members fighting for properties acquired by illegal means and will keep donating.
