Two British jihadis captured by anti-Assad Kurdish militia YPG, in eastern Syria, are crying foul at British government for stripping them of British citizenships, fearing that they will be tortured, will not get fair trial as Stateless persons. Their arguments are laced with same kind of truth and sincerity as that of Hitler!
These two terrorists, nicknamed “Beatles” due to their Liverpool ascent, were responsible for beheading innocent Wesner’s including journalists, as well as selfless “Aid Workers” who went to help, delivering food and medicine to starving refugees, displaced Syrians, due to brutal civil war that has reduced this once proud, peaceful and prosperous country to warzone, looking like heavily bombed German cities of Berlin and Cologne, at the end of WW2.
Syria under Assad Senior was once cosmopolitan country where Shias, Sunnis, Jews and orthodox Christians used to live side by side in peace and harmony.
These two jihadis were used in propaganda videos against West, as well as to recruit young Wesner’s to move to Islamic State and fight for them. Their micky-mouse apology was, “It was regrettable, the death of innocent people” But at the same time blaming Western governments for not negotiating and paying ransom to ISIS!
Their atrocities are so horrible that any trial, fair or foul is more than they deserve.
I hope our government who have turned London into heaven for all sorts of criminals, from mass murders to spies and crooks who have defrauded billions, would not give in and let them in, as long-drawn trial will give Islamophobia a boost, punishing vast majority of decent, law abiding Muslims, especially from fringe Muslim communities of Daudi Bhoras, Ismalis, Ahmedias, Ithna-Asheri and Sufis who are as peace-loving, highly educated and gainfully employed as any other ethnic minorities who are caught in this crisis of not their making.
