There are Religions and Religions but the main are Christian, Hinduism, Islam and Buddhism. They all believe in some Almighty Power that rules and controls our Lives and The Universe, that's why Universe is Cosmos and Not Chaos! Christians call Him Lord, God and Christ, Hindus and Buddhists call him Vishnu, Ram, Krishna and Buddha while Muslims call him Allah, Parvardegar. We all Pray, Bow and Thank God for everything He has given us. There are also Jainism, Judaism, Sikhism, Zoroastrianism and others.
They all Preach and Practise on the same Principles which are based on Moral and Human Values as your Duties and Responsibilities towards Yourself and other Living Beings for their Progress and Protection; Physically , Mentally and Spiritually. They all have their own Places of worship run by their own Religious Leaders who insist on adherence to their Principles like Ten Commandments of Moses (14th Century BC)!
As per Gita we all are the children of God and all religions are separate ways to the same God. As all fires have some smoke , so every religion has some drawbacks.
But Alas! At present so many countries are at war and some are killing even their own people on the basis of Religion.
I am sad and at a loss to understand as to where this world is heading! --- Destruction?!!!
