MPs of all political parties are greatly shocked and saddened but also inspired by the outstanding legacy of their much-loved colleague Jo Cox. They will be keen to emulate her remarkable ability not only to care more deeply for one’s constituents but to enhance the lives of everybody everywhere with single-minded determination, courage, flair and charm.
Jo Cox had worked incredibly hard for under-privileged people overseas before becoming an MP and seized the opportunity to demonstrate the true value and purpose of politics. She was a superstar go-getter with a heart of gold who will be hugely missed.
