I have 3 questions:
1. If a Member of the UK Parliament was elected with a majority of less than 3.8% (the Brexit margin), would his/her election as an MP be questioned and declared invalid? Kensington was won by only 20 votes, St Ives was won by 0.6% margin, Dudley North & Richmond Park both won by only 0.1% margin. These are just examples but there are many other such marginal wins from the last election.
2. If the Referendum result had gone the other way and the Remain camp had won by a same margin, would the Brexit camp be calling for a second referendum?
3. If there is ever a second referendum and the winning side (Remain or Brexit) wins by the same margin (or even a smaller margin), should the result be declared invalid? Or would the losing side gracefully accept the peoples mandate?
