Desperate people

I feel sorry for poor immigrants arriving on defective boats, risking their lives to seek salvation in European countries.

These are desperate peoples, cutting through fences or climbing over them, jumping on vehicles heading to Britain, a country they regard as “paradise”. They have no idea of the hostility that is building up against them and don’t care how they are perceived. All they desire is to get here, stay here, and bring their families too. This is a big problem not only for Britain but the whole of Europe also.

Greece, for instance, is barely able to look after its own affairs, yet finds itself overwhelmed by boatloads of unexpected new arrivals. Miraculously Greeks are doing their best to look after these unfortunate people.

By the way, I must say my sister is expressing my thoughts very carefully in these letters. She is getting better all the time.
