On 19th Feb. PM Cameron achieved a special status that entitles the UK to:
1. Economic independence: freedom from financial regulations for trade with EU, USA, Asia, Africa, etc. City of London free of EU restrictions.
2. Sovereignty: for British Parliament, justice, law and not part of a superstate!
3. Security and Defence: unite with the EU in time of Islamic terrorism and when China and Russia are expanding their influence!
4. Benefits: East EU states will get children benefits only if deferred to 7 years instead of 4! Thus by staying in EU you can negotiate better deal.
5. If you go to EU states for holiday or business, you are covered for health care and safety!
6. EU also provides millions to Wales, N Ireland, Scotland and Cornwall, etc. of UK for improvements. Hence if you leave EU, they will separate, and UK will remain little England, end of Empire!
7. Stay with EU with Germany, France, Italy , Spain, etc. for (a) R & D in science, technology, aerospace, sun, nuclear, wind energy; (b) businesses, industries, retirement (in Western EU); (c) sports; (d) also after 43 years of economic, political and social integration/marriage when people/families have settled in the UK and all over Europe and when openly France and Germany are threatening revenge, there will be a mass exodus, enmity, blood and atrocities
8. Immigration: Boris Johnson, Michael Gove and some MPs with self-interest and misconception are misleading people! Now the traffickers are being rounded up, less immigrants coming now, most immigrants and refugees from Syria and Africa are already taken up by EU states, PM Cameron has accepted 20,000 child refugees out of empathy without any pressure from the EU!
Why is there such a big fuss?
In a nutshell, UK's progress, prosperity and status is with the EU. This is backed by the Labour Party, Unions, Scotland, Wales, Bank of England, IMF, OECD, Obama, G20 and the World.As such 'BRIN'll be Boom, BREXIT'll be Doom and Gloom'
