Royal National Institute for Blind (RNIB) can help you towards Free postage to blind, OR VISUALLY IMPAIRED PERSONS / readers. There are many optical conditions which may be termed as blind but person is NOT totally blind but visually impaired. There is an optical condition known as Age related macular degeneration, where patients/ sufferers get reading and readable material free of postage. You can post to such patients/ sufferers free postage as material for the BLIND.
Simultaneously, you must undertake steps to use LARGE OR BOLD printed versions of your paper, as is done by libraries. You may sacrifice film page or alternatively, omit photos of actors. Just print script of news, NO photos please. Thus you will NOT suffer loss of any pages.
BRAILLE version can also be investigated and posted FREE to totally blind persons, on request by such totally BLIND readers.
Readers’ Voice is a treasure trove at service of both papers and is FREE OF ANY COST.
