A family court has ruled that a Muslim couple, Asif Malik (31), and Sara Kiran (29), who were accused of attempting to take their four children to join Isis in Syria, should not have their children taken away.
The head of the family court, Sir James Munby, found that the couple did not pose a threat to the four children, who are all under the age of 8. The family's passport will also be returned to them.
