Khalistani terrorist Bhullar shifted to Amritsar jail

Chandigarh: Devindar Pal Singh Bhullar, Khalistan terrorist who was sentenced to death in 1993, for masterminding a car bomb attack that killed 12 people, has been shifted to the Amritsar Central Jail from Delhi's Tihar Jail citing poor health. He underwent medical examination at the government Guru Nanak Dev hospital and is now undergoing a psychiatric treatment. Punjab police has deployed a force of 100 police personnel besides a dog squad to ensure Bhullar's security.
