BJP leader booked for hurting religious sentiments

Pathankot: BJP leader Parveen Manhas has been booked for damaging a religious hoarding on the eve of the 31st anniversary of Operation Bluestar and posting objectionable content against a community on social media. The former BJP Kisan Morcha Secretary was booked on the basis of complaint filed by various Sikh organisations. Upon an inquiry, a prima facie case was established against the leader," the SSP Pathankot, Rakesh Kaushal said, adding that the accused has been absconding and a team has been formed to arrest him.
