Man lynched by daughter's molester

LUCKNOW: A 50 year-old-man died last Thursday evening after he protested against the molestation of his daughter in the state of Uttar Pradesh. He was brutally beaten to death with a stick by the man who molested his daughter. The man who died belonged to Deoria district near Lucknow. This incident took place when the 50-year-old father went to the house of the man who lynched him and slapped him for sexually violating his daughter. A case has been registered against eight person under IPC Section 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder). “The man slapped his neighbour who returned in a while with armed people. They beat the man who later died. 2 accused arrested while efforts to nab the rest are on,” the Police told news agency ANI.
