It is said that the sing/songwriter who was an ISIS fighter, Maher Meshaal has been killed in a drone attack led by the US forces, in Hasakah, Syria.
Maher Meshaal used to live in Saudi Arabia before joining ISIS in 2013. He used to write songs and sing for the propaganda and execution videos which were released by the terror group.
Ara News have alleged that Meshaal was also known as Abu Zubair al-Jazrawi and had hit songs, such as 'Saleel al-Sawarem', a song that celebrates martyrdom.
