Retired men who do chores are 25% healthier

The results from a research conducted on over 35,000 over-65s across the globe, retired men who help with household chores are likely to be 25% healthier than those who don't help.

The study found that women spend nearly five hours a day doing chores such as cooking, cleaning, DIY, gardening as well as shopping, whereas men spend three hours a day on housework.
