Yuvan Shankar Raja is now hitting the headlines for a surprising news! The team of ‘Anbulla Ghilli’ has got the musician on board to sing a song for a dog in the upcoming movie which has music by Arrol Corelli.

'Anbulla Ghilli' which is directed by Srinath owns a unique trait of being quite different from routine dog-based films. Significantly, the story will be narrated through the eyes of a Labrador dog, who will appear in the name of ‘Ghilli’. The film also features Mythreya, Dushara, VJ Aashiq, Chandini, Mime Gopi, Nanjil Vijayan, Mouna Ragam fame Krithika and others, who will be appearing in important characters.

Srinath said, “This is purely magical. Of course, Yuvan sir’s music and voice have remained synonymous with ‘magic’. Soon after composing, I and Arrol felt that his voice would bring a good impact on the number. We just sent him the tune and to our surprise, he instantly gave us the nod inviting us to his studio to record it.”

Yuvan will sing for the Labrador apparently. “It’s a romantic song pictured with fun elements on a male and female dog with the former getting the voice of YSR. I would like to thank Love Guru for delivering simple, beautiful and catchy lyrics, which I believe will be immediately grasped by listeners as soon as they hear the song,” the director said.

Yuvan Shankar is known for soothing many weary souls with his amazing songs. The popular music director had recently composed for Thala Ajith’s 'Nerkonda Paarvai' which was directed by H Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor. The music proved to be one of the backbone elements. He is also busy composing for Vijay Sethupathi’s 'Maamanithan' which is directed by Seenu Ramasamy.
