Actor Sivakarthikeyan hit the headlines in 2015, when he was allegedly attacked by Kamal Haasan's fans in Madurai. A video of fans manhandling the star even went viral on the internet. While the reason behind the attack was still unclear, it is believed he was attacked for being a die-hard Rajini fan.
The incident was brought up recently during an interview. While Siva had no idea why the people acted that way, he also revealed that Kamal personally apologised to him later that day on behalf of his fans for their unruly behaviour.
