July 28th was a special day for Dulquer Salmaan as it was his birthday. DQ as he is fondly called, is no new name to Tamil film industry as he had made his debut through Balaji Mohan’s 'Vaayai Moodi Pesavum' and followed it up with Mani Ratnam’s 'OK Kanmani.' He had delivered fantastic performances in 'Kali' and 'Kammaattipadam' in Malayalam last year that fetched him a number of awards, the notable one being Behindwoods Gold Medal for Best Actor in Malayalam-Critic’s Choice for 'Kammattipadam.'
In 2017, he was seen in Malayalam movies 'Jomonte Suvisheshangal' and 'Comrade in America.' He is a part of many interesting projects and would soon be doing debutant Ra Karthik and Desing Periyasamy’s Tamil films too. He is also playing Gemini Ganesan’s role in Savitri biopic in Tamil and Telugu. On the personal front, Dulquer was blessed with a baby girl recently.
