Trisha's upcoming film 'Mohini' is a horror-thriller directed by Ramana Madhesh and produced by S. Lakshman Kumar. Trisha plays the lead in the film and is set to hit the silver screens in the last week of July. At the press meet Trisha shared her experience working with the team.
"I would like to thank the team for giving me this film. Horror is my favourite genre and I'm so glad I got to play a part in this film. it is a female-centric film, but it has all the elements in it. Be it romance, horror, thriller or comedy, it has a good blend of all. It is the first time I'm playing a double action role and it was really challenging for me. As a team, we worked really hard for this project since we didn't want to compromise on the class or quality of the film." The highlight of the event was conferring Trisha the title of "Markandeyi" which means ever-youthful heroine of Tamil cinema.
