After Suriya and Karthi, yet another gem from the Sivakumar family has joined the film industry. Brindha, sister to the talented brothers, will make her debut as a singer with Gautham Karthik's 'Mr Chandramouli'. She has sung the title track which features lyrics by Vithya Damodharan in Sam CS' music. The music was launched at Sathyam Cinemas last week, where Suriya was present to celebrate his sister's debut. In her first ever film stage speech, Brindha thanked Sam for the opportunity.
“Sam sir made me feel so comfortable, and the whole arrangements were made as per my comfort level. I told Sam sir, to have this song in the film, only if the output had come well. But, he was very sure that I will do well, and the song will be well received. Thank you Sam sir, and the whole team of 'Chandramouli' for having me,” she said. A regular singer in Suriya's Agaram Foundation events, one of Brindha's songs was chanced upon by 'Mr. Chandramouli' producer Dhananjeyan, who offered her the part.
