A few days back there was news that the director of ‘Vanakkam Chennai’, Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi has managed to rope in Simbu as the hero for her second film which would also have Anirudh scoring the music. The latest about this untitled project is that Lakshmi Menon has been zeroed in to play the love interest of Simbu. Lakshmi Menon till date has been typecast as a rural belle in most of her previous films and it will be an interesting makeover for the young actress to do an urban role.
