It seems there is nothing our beloved multi-faceted artist Simbu can't do. Early in the beginning of his career, he co-directed the psychological thriller 'Manmadhan', which went on to become a blockbuster success. Also, his singing is another talent that makes him popular. The actor has sung several chartbusters like 'Loose Penne', 'Evandi Unna Pethan', and 'Manasellam'. The latest scoop is that the actor will now mark his singing debut in Kannada cinema.

The actor has reportedly lent his voice for a song in the upcoming 'Iruvudellava Bittu', directed by Kantha Kanali. He asked for the meaning of every word before he started recording for the song. Kannali said, “The lyrics by Dr Nagendra Prasad talks about how people inflict troubles upon themselves. The song advocates that it's better to forget everything and enjoy life. The composer, Sridhar V Sambram, has created a high-energy tune. Simbu really liked the tune too, and agreed to sing.” The song has been recorded. It is said the team took four months to ready the recording process.

“We wanted to go beyond language and make music. That's why we wanted a celebrity who's also a good musician. Simbu fit the bill, and he has really added value to the song. He learnt the meaning of each word and got the diction right. He rehearsed quite a few times before the final recording,” the director added.
