Rajamouli's 'RRR' has international star cast

The multilingual flick 'RRR' now has international names in its star cast. After the mega-success of the 'Bahubali' series, director SS Rajamouli returns with yet another outstanding project starring Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn, and Telugu superstars NTR Jr. and Ram Charan. Recently it was announced that international actors Olivia Morris, Alison Doody and Ray Stevenson are also roped in to play pivotal roles in the film.

Sharing the first look of the actors, the film's Twitter handle announced the news. "Olivia, we are happy to have you play the female lead #Jennifer. Looking forward for the shoot," read the tweet. The British actor Morris will replace Daisy Edgar Jones, who opted out of the magnus opus.

While welcoming Alison Doody, who has been part of Hollywood movies like 'A View To Kill', the Twitter handle read, "Welcome to Indian cinema, #AlisonDoody! Had a wonderful time shooting for your first schedule... We are glad to have you play lead antagonist #LADYSCOTT in #RRRMovie! #RRR". Stevenson, who is best known for his role of Volstagg in the "Thor" films, will essay the lead antagonist Scott in "RRR".

“Can't wait to begin shooting with you," the filmmakers tweeted on the official handle. According to a series of tweets on the film's official handle, Doody has already shot the first schedule of the film. RRR is slated to release worldwide on July 30 next year in 10 Indian languages. It has been confirmed that budget of the film is estimated to be around £30 million.
