Radhika Apte has signed for her first Hollywood movie, an untitled female-driven World War II spy drama. She will reportedly play Noor Inayat Khan, a pacifist of Indian descent worked as a British spy. The film revolves around British Intelligence officer Vera Atkins, who will be played by Stana Katic of 'Castle' fame, and what happens when she sends Apte and Sarah Megan Thomas, who will play Virginia Hall, to France as spies.

Also part of the caste are actors Linus Roache and Rossif Sutherland, who will reportedly play real-life spies in Winston Churchill’s “secret army”. The film will be directed and produced by Lydia Dean Pilcher of 'Queen of Katwe' fame, and screenplay written by Thomas herself.

After Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone, Apte is also hopeful of a successful stint in the West. On the work front, she was last seen in 'Pad Man' which was a raving hit. She will soon be seen in Saif Ali Khan-starrer stock market thriller 'Bazaar' and Vikramaditya Motwane, Anurag Kashyap's 'Sacred Games'.
