South superstar Nayanthara has signed her next film and will soon share screen space with legendary actors like Chiranjeevi and Amitabh Bachchan. Upcoming Telugu period drama, 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy', which chronicles the epic story of Kurnool-based freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, not only has a massive budget (£15 million!!!), but also has a stellar cast. The project officially went on the floors on December 6 in Hyderabad.
This film is expected to be the most exciting multi-starrer to come out of the south industry, after 'Baahubali'. The ensemble cast also features Vijay Sethupathi and Jagapathi Babu in important roles. Bachchan, meanwhile, is rumoured to play an extended cameo as Chiranjeevi's guru, a character of importance from the story perspective. Nayan will play the female lead, however, her character will have shades of grey.
