Fresh from the shoot of the upcoming movie 'I', Amy Jackson is gearing up for the movie's release this Pongal. With the completion of her portions for 'I', she had signed up for director Venkat Prabhu's ongoing 'Masss' with Suriya and Nayantara. Amy had taken part in the photo shoot for 'Masss' movie and had suddenly dropped out of the project walking away quietly without quoting any specific reason.

With the shoot already commenced, director Venkat Prabhu decided to bring on board Pranitha as a replacement for Amy Jackson. Recent updates from the director has been that the talkie portions have been completed.

Now, Amy Jackson has come out to state her reason as to why she decided to drop out of the project. She quoted, "Many people have been asking me why I had backed out of the project. So, I've decided to clear the air. I feel happy and privileged to have been chosen for the part in the movie. But, I feel I want to act in roles that are more relevant and have more scope for me. Even though I'm no longer part of the movie, I wish them the best and would like to work with them in the future."
