Director KV Anand has reportedly got a thumbs up from Lyca Productions for his new film with Suriya. Industry sources said the director is now in talks with Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan to play in the soon-to-be-titled film. The movie will be Suriya's 37th film. Both, the actor, and Anand have worked earlier together in two films, 'Ayan' and 'Maatthrraan', with the former turning out to be a blockbuster at the box office.
On the work front, Suriya has completed the first schedule of his upcoming with director Selvaraghavan, and the second phase is likely to start in Thanjavur shortly. The movie sees Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh as the female leads.
