For over a year, speculation has swirled about Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli moving to London, with multiple sightings and acquaintances confirming their shift. Recently, Madhuri Dixit’s husband, Dr Sriram Nene, also weighed in.

During a chat with YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, Dr Nene praised Virat and recalled a conversation with Anushka, hinting at the couple’s growing distance from India.

Dr Sriram Nene praised Virat Kohli, calling him “a decent human being,” and revealed a conversation with Anushka Sharma about the couple’s move to London to escape constant public attention. He shared how fame can be intrusive, even during private moments like meals, and expressed empathy for Anushka and Virat’s desire to raise their children normally. Dr Nene also admitted that while Madhuri Dixit is the real celebrity, he sometimes struggles with being seen in his own right, encouraging others not to underestimate their own power to make a difference.

In an earlier interview with ‘Dainik Jagran’, Virat Kohli’s childhood coach, Rajkumar Sharma, also seemed to confirm the cricketer’s decision to move abroad. He said, “Yes, Virat plans to shift to London with his wife Anushka Sharma and their children. He will be relocating soon. For now, apart from cricket, he is spending most of his time with his family.”
