Veteran actress Sridevi will receive the award for outstanding achievement in Indian cinema, at the International Indian Film Academy gala in Madrid next week. The award will be presented to the actress during the four-day long Videocon D2h IIFA weekend from June 23 to 26 in the Spanish capital. With a long successful career in the Indian film industry, she has featured in several movies that turned into a cult classic. Along with the celebration of the Indian movie industry, the IIFA gala in Madrid is also going to be a celebration of 60 years of India and Spain's diplomatic relations.
