Shahid Kapoor is keen on doing a dance-themed film, even after the failure of his 'Chance Pe Dance' from the similar genre. A report quoted the 35-year old as saying, "I would love to do a dance film now. I hope I can dance well enough though because people are doing such a good job today with their dancing. I guess 'Chance Pe Dance' didn't work because it was a bad film. The ones that are made now are better. So, there's no wrong or right time to make a film. You should make a film well and if you do that, people will like it."
"Dance is a very exciting space and there's a huge audience for that. So yes, definitely, the audience has grown now. There's more awareness and excitement about dance now. There are more people wanting to dance than may be six-seven years back. You make a good film in any genre and it should work," Shahid said. The 'Udta Punjab' star is expecting a child with wife Mira Rajput, and is currently prepping up for his next, 'Rangoon'.
