After Salman's 'Chulbul Pandey' and Akshay's 'Vikram Rathore', there is a new cop in town, and his name is 'Sangram Bhalerao.' Ranveer Singh's upcoming film with Rohit Shetty, titled 'Simmba' will see him play a quirky cop. The first official poster of the film featuring the actor in a police uniform complete with a handlebar moustache and aviators was revealed on micro-blogging website Twitter. Directed by Rohit Shetty and co-produced by Karan Johar, the poster was introduced by Kjo who tweeted the poster with a caption saying, “28th December 2018!! ROHIT SHETTY will be back!!!! RANVEER SINGH as #SIMMBA.”
The story has reportedly been taken from south's Jr NTR's film 'Temper'. Shetty also acquired rights of the film, however, he insists that it was not a remake and that fans will only see a few scenes from the original incorporated in the film. Sources reveal the movie will hit the screens on December 28 next year.
