Busy promoting their upcoming film 'Jagga Jasoos', estranged couple and actors, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif have gone across all platforms, entertaining fans with their playful banters, smart digs, and praises for each other.
However, in a recent interview, Ranbir might have just almost crossed the line by mocking Kat a tad too much. While promoting their film on a TV show, both the actors played a rapid fire round where they were asked if either of them have ever “overacted” in their films. Ranbir promptly answered, “Maine overacting ki hai, Katrina? I don't think Katrina ne kabhi overacting ki hai. Kabhi kabhi filmo mein inhone acting hi nahi ki hai lekin overacting kabhi nahi ki hai.” (Have I overacted, Katrina? I don't think Katrina has ever overacted. At times, she hasn't acted at all, but she has never overacted). Ouch.
Kat quickly interrupted him asking, “Sorry, aapne kya bola?” (Sorry, what did you say?) To which, Ranbir answered, “I said kabhi kabhi tune acting nahin ki, matlab you are so natural... jaise 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' mein you were so natural, you know.” (I said that you didn't act at times, by that I meant, you are so natural... like your performance in 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara'.)
Easy there Ranbir, bygones can't always be bygones.
