Nushrratt Bharuccha shared her experience with marriage pressure, revealing that her grandmother and father often urge her to settle down. She humorously responded, saying she’ll marry when she meets the right person. Nushrratt also mentioned being open to arranged marriage, having met several potential suitors suggested by her parents. She joked that her only condition for the meetings was choosing the cuisine, so at least she’d enjoy the food if not the match.
The Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety star also revealed that many suitors have asked her to quit acting after marriage. She appreciated the clarity arranged marriages offer but firmly rejected such demands, saying, “I’ve been asked many times to quit acting, but I smile and refuse, ‘Yeh toh nahi hoga.’”
