Our favourite campus drama 'Student Of The Year' is back with its second instalment and fans have high expectations. The much loved successful 2012 film went on to become the launchpad for actors Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and Sidharth Malhotra. Filmmaker Karan Joha unveiled a new poster of the much-anticipated film, also revealing that the release date.
“SOTY 2 will release worldwide on the 23rd of NOVEMBER 2018! The two new leading ladies will be announced next month! The franchise forges ahead under the baton of director @punitdmalhotra …@foxstarhindi @apoorvamehta18 @iTIGERSHROFF.” The poster shows a ripped Tiger Shroff posing in a pair of rugged jeans and flaunting his chiselled abs. It is safe to say he has the whole spoilt-brat character going on for him. The film has been hitting headlines for quite some time with fans questioning its female leads. KJo has stated that not one, but two leading ladies will be announced next month.
It has been reported that Karan is in talks with the Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar. There were also reports that Chunky Panday's daughter Ananya, and Disha Patani were finalised to star in the film. The makers have however refused to comment on the same.
