With the film fraternity locking horns with the censor board over Anurag Kashyap's 'Udta Punjab' dispute, National Award-winning actress Kalki Koechlin did not hold back from giving her two cents. "I really think that the certification board should decide what rating to give to a movie without any cuts. If it's a movie like 'Udta Punjab', then give an A certificate and that's it." she said. The movie that talks about the region's raging drug abuse issue, has found itself in trouble as the Central Board of Film Certification has suggested it 89 cuts. Top Bollywood filmmakers including Mahesh Bhatt, Karan Johar and Zoya Akhtar have voiced their opinion against the censorship troubles and Kashyap resorted to call chief Pahlaj Nihalani an "oligarch".
