Kubbra Sait's professional ethos revolves around embracing opportunities without being confined by platform or commercial considerations. Reflecting on her acting journey, she highlights her openness to diverse platforms, emphasising that a compelling script transcends such boundaries. She acknowledges the global reach of OTT platforms, which can instantly connect content with audiences in 190 countries.

She added, “In the five years since I became an actor, I’m getting the kind of work I’ve been hungry for. Whether it was my role as Phara Keaen in the Hollywood sci-fi show Foundation , or my next film Deva , an action thriller. As an actor, you keep waiting for good scripts and when you get them, you don’t shy away, no matter if it’s a digital or theatrical release.”

Kubbra expresses a desire for theatrical films to draw inspiration from OTT platforms. She notes that in a two-hour film, character development may be limited compared to longer OTT projects. Kubbra suggests that if films adopted some aspects of OTT, they could incorporate more contemporary elements. However, she observes that the traditional filmmaking process has largely remained unchanged despite these possibilities.

Reflecting on her body of work, Kubbra emphasised her autonomy in managing her career, asserting her pride in her roles and her openness to criticism. She celebrates the current era in Indian cinema where women are taking the lead in films, applauding the filmmakers who have the courage to champion such narratives without underestimating the audience's intellect.
