Premiere of Sachin Tendulkar's biopic 'Sachin: A Billion Dreams' was a glitzy affair with several members of the film fraternity and the cricket world graced the red carpet to cheer for their beloved legend. A self-confessed Tendulkar fan, Amitabh Bachchan attended the event along with son Abhishek and daughter-in-law Aishwarya. Dapper as ever in a black suit, Bollywood 'Badshah' Shah Rukh praised the Master Blaster. He said, “Sachin is someone who has proved his worth through his work. The term 'My bat will do the talking' is the truest for Sachin. I have seen him in his ups and downs; I have heard people talk about him but he has always kept quiet and let his game do the talking.”

King of quirk, Ranveer Singh sobered himself up for Sachin. Sharing a warm moment with the cricketer, Ranveer said, “Sachin is one of the greatest public figures in our country. He is one of the greatest sportsmen of all time. He is an inspiration to me and everyone.” Music legend AR Rahman who has composed the music for the film, attended the premiere with his son.

Cricketers Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Yuvraj Singh, Shikhar Dhawan, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Ajinkya Rahane were all present to root for Sachin.
